| Here is our new girl, Pearl, the lady in waiting. Pearl was brought in off the street and she is quite pregnant. We are trying to get her fed and rested before she gives birth. She is a very sweet girl. |

We had a meeting of the volunteers of the Catty Shack last night. There are many things we are planning for the future and hoping to make happen.
If anyone out there wants to volunteer we have a lot of available opportunities. We need a grant writer, someone who has ideas for fund raising, experienced fosters as we move into kitten season, fosters who know how to socialize feral kittens so they don't have to be returned to the street. We need people with all sorts of skills. What appeals to you? We probably have a niche in that area that needs filling. Saving lives and making a difference is very rewarding. Help us help them. |
